Originally a content creator, Sillassen made his name in pro CS in 2018 as part of the Sprout roster, before joining Heroic for a few months in 2019. Now looking for his next opportunity, the young player also discusses some of the Danish players who he has played alongside during his years of playing the game.

Episode 22: Jason “Alchemist” Baker, esports producer and DNP co-founder

Frankie chats to legendary producer and gameplay director Jason "Alchemist" Baker about his first foray into gaming, making moves in esports, how he recovered from the disappointment of early venture GotFrag going under post-acquisition, and his new studio DNP Entertainment with "work wife" Scott "Sir Scoots" Smith.

The interview was recorded in August over Discord, but the intro and outro were both recorded remotely in a hotel room in Cologne while Frankie was in the city for gamescom 2019, so apologies for a lower-than-average recording quality. (The intro is about one minute long, so this can be easily skipped if it offends your ears.)

Episode 20: Jason Lake, Founder & CEO of Complexity

In 2002, a lawyer named Jason Lake discovered esports. The following year CompLexity Gaming was born, with its Counter-Strike 1.6 team competing in events across North America. Since its humble beginnings, the organisation has been renamed Complexity and has multiple teams across various esports including CSGO, Rocket League and Dota 2.

In this podcast, the Complexity CEO talks to Frankie Ward about the highest and lowest moments of his life in esports, how the company moved into the Dallas Cowboys' family, and its future - including the signing of future CS:GO star Obo.
